Day 4

Wow, I have officially survived 4 days without binging! Coming up onto the weekend, my danger days, I am slightly nervous but am going to do my best to stay in control. I have a busy weekend scheduled at the library for school work, so I won't have to be home very much. I have my food planned out for tomorrow, I just hope there are no unexpected "surprises" at work tomorrow, they are hard to plan for.

I got slightly snacky tonight watching Ugly Betty and overate slightly (as in exceeded daily points target by 3) but managed to enlighten the munchies with some toast and oatmeal, so nothing to feel guilty over.

Anyway, not much to report on today, how did you make out today?

  1. Wow, 4 days! Yay!! good for you! I knew you could do it :) I bet you feel good that the midterm is over with, too. it's always good to get them done and not have to worry about them anymore.
    Ugh, I'm still having PMS and I feel perfectly yucky! AND I ate ice cream last night! Not a binge, but still, junk food. NOT what I had planned; my boyfriend and I went for a walk in the evening to buy him some steak and it was getting late on the way home and the PMS got the better of me by the time we got to the corner store and, yeah...sigh... PMS is a really tough time for me, binge-wise. I don't know why, but it seems to undermine my normal resolve to eat healthy. I'm going to have to learn, somehow, once I get good at the not bingeing, to get through this time of the month and still eat healthy.
    It's good that you have your period again. I know, I didn't have mine for a year and 7 months once a few years ago and then I got it again. I have no idea why. Just weird. the only thing that really bothers me about PMS is the way it leads me to eat junk food, or even binge.

  2. Thanks so much, I'm sorking on Day 5 today, although feeling vulnerable and that I might be in for a long weekend.

    At least being a girl you can justify PMS related falls! And I'm glad you differentiated between having a binge and eating junk food, I think that is major progress, it sounds like you had some control over the icecream?

    Have you started the points progrram yet?
